Reading Books is equivalent to "Me" Time. As a busy Mum of three, both working part time and running my own business, at the end of the day when everyone's been fed, TV shows caught up on, then I can boil the kettle and settle in with a new novel while my family sleeps... I allow about 1-2 hours per night... with the exception of when you get to the finally stages of a book and can't put it down until it's completed... I'm sure you would concur.
